1) I finished the 109 mile El Tour de Tucson in 06:51:06 (by official time). My goal was 6 hours, but I'm sticking with the contention that it was one of those "Price is Right" bids.

2) Apparently, a healthy Christian lifestyle eliminates the need for any routine checkups.

3) I'm taking comps on Tuesday & Wednesday. Pray for me!
