Floyd Landis Cleared

The lab which performed his tests took back the abnormal  finding after realizing the error was a simple mathematical mistake. 

"It turns out our lab technician forgot to carry a decimal place. His actual testosterone/epitestosterone ratio is 1.1, not 11. Sorry Floyd!"
