Miracles

Is a miracle only a miracle if there is no scientific explanation? Or, why is it a miracle only when we are ignorant to the underlying processes? Just because no scientific explanation is available doesn't mean one doesn't exist.

Does a miracle exclude a scientific explaination? NO!!

I guess that would depend on how you define "Miracle". I know there are those who would define "miracle" as just that: a providential event that has no direct scientific explanation.
